Kelly was pleasant to work with. Professional, and knowledgeable. He was quick to answer any questions and respond quickly to emails. The delivery guys and Mike the installation guy were very professional and made replacing my appliances a smooth transition. They were cautious and tidy. We bought a stove and dishwasher and had our old stove repaired (new circuit board) and moved to the basement where we have a stove electrical outlet. Dave, the sales person is great and low pressure. Michael, the repair person is real good and a big asset to the store. He knows his stuff. The install crew was also real good. We like the store.
